Arsenal didn`t seem to be having problems at the start of this year`s CL campaign as they won their first 3 matches of the group and convincingly held the first spot with a great goal difference and 11 goals scored at home. However, they shifted their priorities a little bit and decided to try and do well in the Premiership, which they did, but they suffered two consecutive blows in CL in the meantime, losing to Braga and Shakhtar on the road, so now they are in the situation that they must win the last game of the groups in case they want to qualify further. The first place is almost surely lost, too.
Winter champs
Partizan won the winter title in Serbia, and proved to be the best Serbian team so far this season, rarely making mistakes in their matches and winning against almost every rival in a convincing manner. Unfortunately, those matches didn`t help them much to be equal rivals on the European scene, but they were very efficient in the domestic league, and quite poor in Europe. Although there are still 2 more days till the kick-off, I can already say Partizan won`t give up their offensive tactics and will go to the Emirates to record a win. They are a side that can`t play defensively, which we`ve seen in this year`s CL edition already, so it is easy to predict an offensive approach by the black-whites on Wednesday.
Plenty of goals
This will most likely be one of the most scoring affairs of the last round of the CL group stages. Partizan has got nothing to lose, and I expect them to be able to score at least one goal in London. Arsenal, on the other hand, will be going for the win and will also try to make the show for their fans and in a way make up for missing the first place in the groups. Arsenal will use the best lineup they`ve got and will alone score at least 3 goals, if not 4 or 5. Could be even more. They`ll be easily passing through Partizan`s defenders just like they did in their first mutual match in Belgrade when the scoreline could`ve been much higher as two penalties and a few colossal chances were wasted in the process. I consider these odds a gift, as a matter of fact the over 3.5 and 3.75 here is so sure that I will be going with max stakes, which I rarely do, especially when betting on soccer. Good luck.
