VVV is a very strange story this season. They were promoted to the Eredivisie and so far they`ve lost only once at home (against Ajax) and away they haven`t won a single match yet. Last home game ended in a 1-1 draw against Feyenoord, something not many people expected, especially not since the transfer or Honda to Moscow. Now they face Heerenveen, a much weaker opponent than Feyenoord.
Heerenveen weak
As said Heerenveen is weak this season. Last match against ADO Den Haag was lost, although it must be said that ADO scored at least one very lucky goal and Heerenveen played the second half with 10 players. Against VVV they have a few suspended players, which isn`t going to make their task much easier in Venlo. The coach was sent off the field and will not be on the bench this match. All in all not a very good week.
VVV streak continues
I expect the excellent home streak for VVV to continue. VVV is in good shape. They`ve scored 26 goals so far and that is the most of all teams from place 9 and below. Heerenveen has already 36 goals scored against them and only 4 clean sheets this season. Home win for VVV!
