Kuzmanovic,Hleb,Cacao,Pogrebnyak and many more very good players, I really don`t know that do they need to finally start to win.It seems that the reason for their bad play in domestic championship is beacuse they are playing in Champions League which is very difficult, and they can`t always be ready. That is always the problem for teams who are not regular in Champions League.
